Savor the sweet life aboard AmaDolce. Your journey begins in an elegantly appointed stateroom, complete with Entertainment-On-Demand, luxurious bath products, and a cozy bed for restful nights. The Main Lounge’s warm reds and pinks mirror Bordeaux’s renowned wines, while caramel and honey tones create a welcoming ambiance. Ab Astris, Latin for "of the stars," is a family-owned boutique winery in the Texas Hill Country. Co-Founders Erin and Tony Smith, along with their daughter Kristen and son-in-law Mike Nelson, who also serves as Winemaker, are dedicated to crafting exceptional wines from 100% Texas-grown fruit. The 12-acre vineyard, established in 2018-2019, features varietals like Tannat, Souzao, Clairette Blanche, Petite Syrah, and Montepulciano. Ab Astris boasts numerous accolades, including gold medals from the San Francisco Chronicle International Wine Competition and recognition among Texas Monthly's Top Texas Wines of 2024. Guests can savor award-winning wines, diverse tastings, and the picturesque vineyard setting.
