50% Roussanne, 25% Clairette Blanche, 15% Picpoul Blanc, 10% Marsanne

This wine is a symphony of flavor and body, in the classic white wine style of the Chataneuf-du-Pape region of France. The nose is bolstered by healthy minerality, as well as tropical notes and hints of lemon. On the palate you’ll notice outstanding body and silky mouthfeel. Lively acidity carries you through a rollercoaster ride of flavors like honeysuckle, honeydew melon, chamomile, and gentle notes of apple, all accentuated by the underlying presence of limestone.
