All of our wines are 100% Texas grown and made at our on site production facility. We grow twelve acres of estate fruit at Ab Astris that our winemakers and owner tend to year round and source other fruit from reputable growers in the Hill Country and High Plains. Harvest typically happens around the beginning of August and can last through October. Our winemakers strive to let the fruit tell the story of the terroir in which it came from, using minimal oak and keeping to a philosophy of aging our red wines for a minimum of two years in barrel. Our white wines are aged in neutral oak or stainless steel.
