Production: Fermented in stainless steel tank, aged for 30 months in 16% New French, 16% New American and 68% Neutral Oak.
Tasting Notes: Medium bodied with medium to medium plus acidity. Notes of dark black cherry, chocolate cake and herbal on both the nose and palate.
