Our 2021 Apricus Rosé is deep salmon in color. On the nose, it has notes of cooked rhubarb, fresh cranberry, Rainier cherry, and peach blossoms. Red grapefruit, peach, passionfruit and white peppercorn round out the palate.
Our 2020 Roussanne is a medium bodied white wine with medium plus acidity. On the nose, aromas of lemon, beeswax and pear. On the palate, notes of citrus, honey and baker's dough. This wine stays true to the tradition of Roussanne.
The nose of our 2021 Rosé is accented by candied strawberries, fresh ripened cheese such as Brie and raspberry. Saigne in style, hints of refreshing red fruit- strawberry, watermelon, raspberry on the palate.
This wine is a symphony of flavor and body, in the classic white wine styleof the Chataneuf-du-Pape region of France. The nose is bolstered by healthy minerality, as well as tropical notes and hints of lemon. On the palate you’ll notice outstanding body and silky mouthfeel. Lively acidity carries you through a rollercoaster ride of flavors like honeysuckle, honeydew melon, chamomile, and gentle notes of apple, all accentuated by the underlying presence of limestone.

This Italian White varietal is bright with medium plus acidity. On the nose, notes of pear, banana and slate. The palate is crisp with seafoam, almond shortbread and lemon grass.
Our 2021 Cinsault Rosé is pale copper in color. It has a nose of nectarine, tangerine and orange blossoms. On the palate, it is light, crisp and clean with brimming acidity and notes of Meyer lemon, mandarin and orange zest.
Clean, long and lingering, this vintage of our Estate Clairette Blanche is medium bodied with bright acidity. Chalky minerality, lime/lemon zest and white pepper on the nose with hints of honey dew melon, mint and lychee on the palate.
This vintage of Stello is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. Notes of apricot, honeysuckle, lemon curd and a flint minerality on the nose. It has a supple and creamy mouth feel, with red apple skin, sea foam and lime on the finish.
