These are our current white wine releases.
In our 2018 Albariño you’ll find pear, orange peel, and slate on the nose, and a palette filled with pear, lemon, and sea breeze, followed by a light saline finish. Pair with fish, light meats, and/or roasted vegetables.
Floral aromas with hints of citrus. Full-bodied with hints of pineapple, crushed apples and white pepper.
Texas Hill Country Hoover Valley Vineyards Roussanne. Aromas of sea breeze, honey suckle and great minerality. Buttery with hints of lemon and cantaloupe. Medium-bodied with a smooth finish.
Aurora, which is Latin for The Dawn, has a soft pink color reminiscent of the breathtaking sunrises we are privileged to each morning here in the Lone Star State. It has a bright and fruity nose, as well as notes of strawberry and watermelon on the palate carried by crisp acidity.
Texas High Plains fruit from Narra Vineyards. Aromas of candied green apple, gooseberryand floral notes. Hints of peach and citrus with a long finish.
Our 2018 Viognier has a floral nose, with apricot, honeysuckle, and cream on the palette, as well as a citrusy finish. Pair with fried shellfish, grilled fish, or glazed chicken.
