The fruit from this vintage of Tannat is sourced from Narra Vineyards and is already showing great complexity. On the nose you’ll find white pepper, dried plums and bay leaf. The palate has well integrated tannin and mouthwatering acidity with notes of cardamom and chocolate.
Medium tannins, medium acidity and medium body. Flavors of cherries, figs, and caramelized sugar on the palate. On the more earthy side of the spectrum, expect to taste and smell notes of cedar, tobacco and a finish of red ripe fruit.
46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Tannat, 14% Petit Verdot. On the nose you'll get cocoa, followed by a palate of blackberry, black cherry, and anise. Chewy tannins round out a full mid-palate, accented by a lingering finish.
This vintage of our Duo blend is currently proving even bigger and bolder than our 2017 and is perfect to pair with your holiday beef tenderloin or lamb. Brownie batter, pepper, plum, and blackberry compote create a complex nose. This wine is full bodied with notes of fig, plum and luxardo cherry on the palate.
Sourced from Newsom Vineyards, the nose of this wine can playfully be described as the dessert table on a buffet cart with notes of strawberry rhubarb pie and brownie batter. On the palate, flavors of blueberry jam and tart cherry with a hint of turned earth midway.
