Named after Avignon, a city in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region of France, this is a Texas Rhône-style wine. Medium body with medium plus acidity, soft tannins and brilliant structure. On the nose, cranberry sauce, rhubarb pie, white pepper and baking spice. Bing cherry, graham cracker crust, orange and violet on the palate.
This right bank Bordeaux style Texas red blend is full bodied with high tannin and medium acidity. Baking spice, cherry, cigar box and an herbaceous quality on the nose. The palate is velvety with notes of blueberry, plum and chocolate covered cherry.

This vintage of Stello is medium plus bodied with medium acidity. Notes of apricot, honeysuckle, lemon curd and a flint minerality on the nose. It has a supple and creamy mouth feel, with red apple skin, sea foam and lime on the finish.
Medium tannins, medium acidity and medium body. On the nose and palate, flavors of cherries, cranberries and raspberries accented with notes of dark chocolate and cocoa powder.
Join us on Monday, April 8th for a once-in-a-lifetime Solar Eclipse watching party. The event ticket includes: one glass of a special release Ab Astris Eclipse wine and certified eclipse viewing glasses. Guests may arrive as early as 9:00 AM, gates will close at 4:00 PM. Wine will be sold by the bottle and food will be available for purchase by Standard Provisions. We will also have plenty of Ab Astris Eclipse viewing swag available to purchase.
General Public tickets are $75 per person. Every group MUST also purchase a parking spot for $25 as space is limited. Cars without a parking spot ticket will not be permitted on property.

This wine is a symphony of flavor and body, in the classic white wine styleof the Chataneuf-du-Pape region of France. The nose is bolstered by healthy minerality, as well as tropical notes and hints of lemon. On the palate you’ll notice outstanding body and silky mouthfeel. Lively acidity carries you through a rollercoaster ride of flavors like honeysuckle, honeydew melon, chamomile, and gentle notes of apple, all accentuated by the underlying presence of limestone.
This vintage of Petite Sirah has a nose of caramel popcorn, candied plum and blackberry jam. On the palate, deconstructed blueberry pie including vanilla crust and blueberry filling. Full bodied with medium acidity and high tannin.
